A native New Yorker with a distinguished business background and comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market, Edward Fabila is an accomplished industry veteran who genuinely loves guiding clients through the transaction process. "Being a real estate professional in New York City gives me the chance to do what I love most,"says Edward. "Meeting new people and finding the best real estate solution for them."

Born and raised in the East Village, Edward combines his local knowledge with a unique global perspective, having traveled to more than 60 cities worldwide throughout his career. Prior to joining the real estate industry, he worked for some of the most notable Fortune 500 firms in the country, overseeing large-scale projects, managing budgets, and negotiating multi-national cross-border transactions. The exceptional client service skills and high-level negotiation techniques Edward developed throughout his corporate career are extremely valuable as he helps clients navigate the world of NYC real estate.

Clients consistently appreciate Edward's honest, trustworthy approach and eagerness to guide them through every step of the process.

Drawing from his personal experience purchasing a home in the Gramercy neighborhood, Edward also knows firsthand how to navigate the complexities of purchasing and remodeling an apartment in a coop building, and is happy to guide buyers in this process.

A graduate of NYU with a degree in Politics and Economics, when not out working with clients Edward can be found volunteering at Animal Haven rescue shelter.
